IT support in San Diego with published pricing and a real owner.
Ironguard IT is a Carlsbad-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm serving businesses across San Diego County. Senior-led support, a documented security baseline, and pricing on the website instead of behind a sales call.
Based in Carlsbad. Remote-first support, on site across San Diego County when the job needs hands on hardware.
Most San Diego IT companies make you call for a quote. We put ours on the website.
If you have shopped for managed IT services in San Diego, you know the drill: a discovery call, a site walk, and a proposal priced around what they think you will tolerate. We think that is backwards. Our managed IT service starts at $150 per user per month, published: support, security baseline, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and vendor management, itemized in plain language.
We are headquartered in Carlsbad and work with companies from Oceanside to Sorrento Valley to downtown: remote-first support with on-site work when the job actually requires hands on hardware.
Managed IT for San Diego companies that have outgrown “the IT guy.”
Managed IT
Full ownership of support, devices, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and vendors for companies of 25 users and up. One accountable owner, one published price.

Built for 25–500 person companies in motion.
Our clients are growing San Diego and North County businesses: professional services, construction and engineering, healthcare-adjacent, and technology companies that need IT owned like a business function, not patched like a side job. If you have fewer than 25 users, we will say so up front and point you somewhere honest.
Sound familiar?
- Your current provider answers tickets but nobody owns the roadmap.
- Your one IT person is buried and the security list has not moved since January.
- Your cyber insurance questionnaire gets answered with guesses.
- You have never seen an itemized picture of what IT actually costs you.
San Diego IT support questions, answered plainly.
What does managed IT cost in San Diego?
With us: starting at $150 per user per month, listed publicly on the pricing page. Most multi-site engagements land between $150 and $200 once security requirements, sites and onsite needs are scoped. The difference is we tell you ours before the sales call.
Do you only serve Carlsbad?
No. Carlsbad is home base. We serve all of San Diego County: Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, Escondido, Sorrento Valley, and downtown San Diego.
We already have an IT person. Is that a problem?
It is a head start. Our co-managed model keeps your person in charge of the keys while we carry the load they never get time for.
What is the catch on published pricing?
There is not one, but there is a floor: 25 users minimum, onboarding is a fixed-fee project with a 50% deposit and is never waived, and we put everything in writing. The FAQ covers what is not included.
