Managed IT for growing, multi-site companies

Stop managing your IT provider. Put someone in charge.

Ironguard takes ownership of support, security, Microsoft 365, devices, networks, vendors, and critical projects—so your team can move without technology becoming the bottleneck.

High-touch support. Enterprise-grade systems. One accountable partner.

The problem

Your IT problem is bigger than the ticket queue.

As companies grow, technology spreads across employees, offices, field sites, vendors, cloud systems, security tools, and major projects. The issue is not a lack of activity. It is a lack of ownership.

  • The MSP answers tickets but cannot answer business questions.
  • Onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and devices happen differently every time.
  • Security tools exist, but nobody owns the gaps between them.
  • Each new site becomes its own technology island.
  • Leadership spends too much time chasing vendors and translating technical answers.
The Ironguard model

One operating model. One accountable team.

Ironguard works across the full environment, from everyday employee support to the infrastructure and decisions that keep the business running. We learn how your company works, set clear standards, and own execution across the pieces that normally fall between teams and vendors.

What changes

Six things that stop being your problem.

Clear ownership

Every issue and project has a responsible owner and a visible next step.

Fewer interruptions

Employees get responsive help and repeat problems are addressed at the source.

Safer growth

Identity, devices, email, data, and access follow a consistent security baseline.

Better decisions

Leadership gets plain recommendations, costs, risks, and tradeoffs.

Repeatable operations

Onboarding, offboarding, procurement, licensing, and lifecycle work the same way every time.

Sites that work together

Offices, labs, warehouses, and field locations follow one design and support model.

How it works

From reactive to controlled, in four moves.

Understand

Map the business, environment, risks, responsibilities, contracts, and pain points.

Stabilize

Fix urgent gaps, document the environment, and create clear escalation paths.

Standardize

Set the baseline for identity, devices, security, software, sites, and employee lifecycle.

Improve

Use reporting, planning, automation, and project ownership to keep the environment ahead of growth.

Proof

Built for real operational complexity.

Ironguard supports a 300+ person, multi-site energy organization across employee support, Microsoft 365, security, device lifecycle, networking, procurement, AI governance, and critical infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally.

Pricing

Clear service. Clear pricing.

Ironguard’s managed IT pricing starts at $150 per user per month, with most multi-site engagements landing between $150 and $200 once security requirements, sites, and onsite needs are scoped. We support companies everywhere — our home markets are the New York metro, the San Francisco Bay Area, and San Diego. That covers employee support, a security baseline, Microsoft 365 administration, device lifecycle, vendor management, and executive reporting. Onsite coverage, hardware, travel, and major projects are scoped separately, in writing, before work begins.

Questions

Straight answers, before you even ask.

Are you just a help desk?

No. Employee support is part of the service, but Ironguard also owns security, cloud administration, devices, networks, vendors, lifecycle, and major projects.

Do you replace internal IT?

Ironguard can operate as the primary IT function or take ownership of defined areas alongside an internal team.

Can you support multiple offices and field sites?

Yes. Multi-site and mixed office, lab, warehouse, and field environments are a core part of the positioning.

Do you work with Microsoft 365?

Yes. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security, licensing, and governance are central capabilities.

Is cybersecurity included?

A strong security baseline is built into managed IT. Advanced compliance, testing, and project work are scoped based on the environment and requirements.

What happens first?

Ironguard starts with a working session and environment review, then provides a clear transition and improvement plan.

Do we have to standardize?

Yes, where it matters. Clear standards are how Ironguard can take real responsibility for security, support quality, and outcomes.
